TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS:

A deposit of 50% is required to book any tour arrangements.

The balance is to be paid 45 days prior to the commencement of the tour.

Payment is required in full when bookings are made less than 30 days before the tour begins.

Alternatively, you may also do a Bank Transfer for the quoted amount. Any changes made to the itinerary will be charged extra. Confirmed bookings cannot be moved to another date.
LIABILITY:
Krisha African Safaris acts only as an agent of the passenger in all matters relating to tours and it accepts no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage or irregularity of any kind, which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as a hotel or airline, who is to or does supply, any goods or services for the trip.

Krisha African Safaris will not be responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodation, fault of third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, act of God, or for any other cause beyond its control.
All such losses or expenses will have to be born and paid for by the passenger. The company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle is governed by Tanzanian Law and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the Tanzanian Courts.

Whilst every care is taken, the company will not be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage, personal effects, valuables or currencies.
RATES:
Rates include all the expense in connection with the vehicle and driver /guide for the itinerary as set out, hotel accommodation with full board table hotel meals whilst on safaris (arrangements are on fullboard basis while on safari unless otherwise stated) all government hotel taxes ,hotel services charges and game drives as applicable to the itinerary and all the entry fee except where these are specifically quoted separately in the price list are included.
Not included are any departure taxes, visas, gratuities (other than service charges), beverages, laundry and such other personal expenses. All rates are based on standard rooms or tents unless specified. Triples and singles are not guaranteed. Special room types carry extra supplements.

CANCELLATION:
Bookings which has been confirmed and later got cancelled or reduced the length of stay or reduces number of clients is registered under “Cancellation Policy” and is subject to Cancellation or No Show fees at discretion of Krisha African Safaris Limited under the following terms, as follows;

89 to 60 days prior to departure – 25% Cancellation Fees of quoted and agreed prices.

60 to 45 days prior to departure – 50% Cancellation Fees of quoted and agreed prices.

Less than 45 days prior to departure – 80% Cancellation fees of quoted and agreed prices.

Within 45 days or No Show cancellation from the day of arrival and/or utilizing confirmed service(s) – 100% cancellation fees of the quoted and agreed prices.

Furthermore, no refund demand for unused portion would claimed by client under the cancellation policy depicted above.
ACCOMMODATION:
Wherever possible, we book rooms with private baths throughout on basis of two person sharing the room .Single rooms or rooms with private bath cannot be guaranteed. Single rooms are scarce and cannot be guaranteed. Where it occurs, an appropriate refund will be made direct to the clients Hotels, lodges and camps where mentioned, are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at a similar hotels, lodges and camps.For single room bookings, a supplement is charged.
PHOTOGRAPHING:
It is prohibited to take pictures of State house, airports, military fittings, police stations, government facilities, soldiers or police or any other person and any other things that are protected, we advise you to seek for information from your driver guide before taking pictures.
